Chris, this is spot on! Very insightful and while Amazon is disrupting retailers, their moves are disrupting the entire market. There is a "halo effect" that impacts how all consumers and even the way customers will view service And value. One of the interesting aspects of their innovation strategy was their ability to "leverage partners" to help support their last mile of execution. Great post!
