I'd offer that Google's entrance into a same-day delivery service will further the ubiquity of access and customer-centricity.

Jacqueline, as always we appreciate your insightful comments! Agree with you ... there is no clean marketing funnel. In fact, there may be no funnel at all. It seems to have become more of a ME driven cloud of connections.
